We have agreed on a price, pending inspection which is on Tuesday, 10/22/2002. Here are some photos I took when we first looked at the house.

Exterior.

	From across the street, north of house		Front and drive.
	Drive and kitchen side door.		The garage. Looks good.
	Looking into the diningroom toward stairs and front rooms.		Some moss on the roof.
	Full back yard.		The rear of house. Towers above the backyard.
	From corner of yard looking back to garage and house.		Detail of an old window. Most downstairs windows are original. This one shows some signs of weathering. Upstairs most windows are new.
	The front porch.		Side poarch.
	From south of the house.		The garage.

Downstairs

	Two rooms in front. This is shot from one looking into the other. Doors at far end open to a small deck. Front door is to left. Seperate dining room is to right.		Other half of the front two rooms. Diningroom on left.
	Stairway, dining room, kitchen.		The Dining room.
	Front half of kitchen. This is about all the counter space and cabnetry there is. No stove or refridgerator, but it is ready for gas.		Rear half of the kitchen. Door to right opens to driveway. We'll probably take out the bench and put in some more cabnets. Eventually it we may remodel, moving door from side to rear so that it opens onto back yard.
	Main floor bathroom.		Middle bedroom, forward of bathroom. One large closet. Carpeting.
	Rear bedroom looking over back yard. One large closet. Hardwood floors.

Upstairs

	A stairway from the livingroom brings you to this nice landing. Storage and seats. Small closet to left. Stairs to right.		Our bedroom starts with a large "dressing" room with two small closets.
	Another view of the dressingroom. Note the large windows opening onto neighboors house.		From the dressingroom you step into this large bedroom. It runs the full width of the hosue.
	Another view. Sliding door opens into air above first floor deck. Dressing room to right.		The rear bedroom will most likely by my office. I like it. It is high and light - a nice place to work.

Basement

The basement has actually always been important to us - we want a good place to store gear and set up a small shop. This basement is a little small, and can only be entered via a interior stair way. But it is clean and well lit.

Basement. Stairs come down from rear hallway.

The neighborhood.

	Neighbor to the north		Houses two doors down.
	12th Ave from the south (70th St)		70th St.
